Causes Of Not Having Meal On Time

Busy and working people often overlook their need to eat on time even when they are feeling hungry they tend to make it and waiting some task to be finished before they go out of the office and have something finally but this delay causes excess formation of acid in liver that can lead to ulcer and if patient suffering from ulceration continue this practice that can make their case even more worst and they must avoid having extra oily stuff and spicy like biryani and nihari recipe so to overcome this situation you must have sometime to eat a little before you go out finally for lunch.  Today we are sharing the recipe of sandwich which you can make and have in your office or wherever you are

Chicken sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper, crushed
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • Bread
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Cheese 4 oz

Method

Grill the chicken fillet with seasonings. Place lettuce leaves cheese and chicken on bread and top with the desired topping from the variation below.
